Incredibly pleasant and clean place. The placement is excellent, precisely what we required. Beds were really comfy. There wasn’t a great deal about the social ambiance but it´s good for a full night rest. I appreciated my stay here enormously and will most likely come once more for my upcoming stop by to Luzern.

This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the staff from the reception were there at any time. The beds ended up comfy and the people in the hotel were being usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air-con was off and on, but they fix it. If you are travelling to Luzern you should book this hotel. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are very clean. And a great atmosphere!

Good place, almost everything is few steps. Staff members are tremendous pleasant and useful and talk great English. You’ll find activities each evening and it´s a very good way to meet people. Rooms and services are good and towels changed on a daily basis. Only problem was beds are somewhat squeaky but that’s pretty insignificant. Fantastic quality for the money!
